Transportation

Transportation is provided to Eagle Island by Sunset Bay Company which delivers mail to Eagle Island and surrounding Islands daily. Departing from Sylvester’s Cove in Deer Isle, the Mail Boat “Katherine” passes by the Eagle Island Lighthouse on its 25 minute ride to Eagle Island.

The fare for the Regular Trips is $17 per person with two bags included; each additional bag is $1. For your convenience the Katherine may be chartered at any time when the Regular Schedule is not running.
