Eagle Island is a privately owned island off the coast of Maine in East Penobscot Bay. It offers beautiful views, beaches, walking paths and down to earth living. Approximately a mile and a half long by a half a mile wide, the island has no paved roads or stores. The rustic living style on Eagle Island provides the perfect getaway from today's hectic lifestyle. The summer population ranges from 40 to 100 people.
